I would also like to announce the opening of the promenade restaurants located at Arpico super centers, Hyde Park Corner and Nawinna. The promenade restaurants would be offering a variety of cuisine, delicious dishes and specialties. The family restaurant in a thematic setting would attract many families to relax and enjoy a gourmet meal prepared by star class gourmet chefs from Win-Stone Hotel School.

We are happy to have associated and contracted with Win-Stone Hotel School for their expertise in culinary services provided for the promenade restaurants.

Win-Stone Culinary Solutions jointly with Richard Peries Distributors Limited serve a variety of menus & dishes from different places around the world including Sri Lanka, China, India, Indonesia, Thailand and Western Countries. We cater to all events and occasions - indoor & outdoor - and welcome you all for an excellent meal experience at our outlets. We believe that experience, knowledge and creativity all go into making a recipe and preparing a dish.

In charge of this operation is Chef Dharmasiri Silva Operations Manager cum consultant chef for Wins-Stone Culinary Solutions - a specialized diploma holder from the Ceylon Hotel School and the School of Tourism having 25 years experience to give the touch, aromas, and flavors to ethnic food. He has been working in Finland, Maldives and several other leading hotels in Sri Lanka. Prior to joining Win Stone he was Resident Manager of Rosen Renaissance for 3 years.
