Chef M.I. Azeez

Chef M.I. Azeez : Mr. M.I. Azeez joined the Hospitality Industry in the early 1970s during the tourist boom in Sri Lanka after completing the Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management at Ceylon Hotel School. He counts 35 years of culinary exposure, nearly 10 years in Middle East and 27 years in five star hotels in Sri Lanka. As an all rounder he has been performing his excellence in the finer points of culinary art throughout his career. He has won gold, silver and bronze medals at culinary art competitions conducted by the Chefs' Guild of Lanka.
                Chef Azeez enjoyed his work as Executive Sous Chef at the Galadari Hotel over 19 years. Presently he is working at Win-stone School of Culinary Art as the Lecture In charge for international Cookery.
