Twenty six years of hard work, dedication and loyalty from being a trainee to his present position is one achieved through sheer perseverance. A very popular figure at the culinary art competition conducted by the Chefs' Guild of Lanka, Who has won many gold, silver and bronze medals for tired wedding cake structures, pastries, desserts, petit fours and bakery show pieces. He is currently involved in the field of live cakes and pastries demonstration over a popular television channel and his association for the last five consecutive years with this channel has drawn many fans Sri Lankan and foreigners. His modern trend in teaching techniques in pastries, cakes and savories at the Win Stone Hotel School has drawn a great success with continuity. He has visited many countries namely India , Thailand , Oman , Singapore and Dubai learning as well as conducting food festivals. |
