He has been performing a yeoman service to expose Sri Lanka 's culinary Art to the international arena throughout his career of over 40 years. Chef Publis started his career as a trainee in the Mount Lavinia Hotel and is currently the Director, Culinary and Special Promotions in the same hotel.
