Mr. Ruwan Ranasinghe
[ Senior Lecturer - Management Studies]
Mr. Ruwan Ranasinghe holds a First Class B.Sc. Special Degree in Hospitality Management from the Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. During the academic period he was awarded the Professor Geoffrey Lloyd gold medal for the best performance in the Department of Hospitality Management and the gold medal for the best overall performance in the academic year. After graduation he worked as a project coordinator for Aitken Spence Hotel Management Company. Presently he is reading for Master of Business Administration Degree as well as working as the Lecturer for Management Studies at Win-Stone School of culinary Arts.
Research Work
Carried out research on Evaluation of Existing Facilities of Aitken Spence Hotels with reference to Kandalama Hotel - Dambulla, Triton Hotel - Ahungalla, Neptune Hotel - Beruwala and Golden Sun Resort Hotel - Kalutara as a study to fulfill the requirement for the Degree.
