Chef Saman Wijerathne [ Culinary Consultant] ![]() Chef Saman Wijerathne - Senior Consultant for culinary studies, entered the hospitality industry in 80's and has had working experience at Hilton- Colombo, Hotel Sofitel-Doha, Qatar and Dubai- Renaissance Dubai, Galadari Meridian Hotel-Colombo and many more. He is a very popular figure at the culinary art competition conducted by the Chefs Guild of Lanka and Emirates, Who has won double gold and bronze medals. During his career he has also been engaged in academic and training programmes at the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management and Win Stone School of Culinary Arts as a senior lecturer in international cookery. Presently he is the Chef, Unilever Foodsolutions in Sri Lanka. He is also a consultant for international culinary field for number of hotels, executive committee member of chefs Guild of Lanka. |
