Sanath having gone through an extensive period of training in many hotels in resorts and the city has experienced the long dedicated culinary journey having work under many experienced chefs Sri Lankan and foreigners. Sanath enjoys his work as a Sous Chef at the Galadari Hotel and is directly in charge of the “Stix” Chinese Restaurant. His involvement with a leading television channel in live cookery demonstration for the last five consecutive years has kept his fans happy in viewing recipes with variations. He has won gold, silver and bronze medals at culinary art competition conducted by the Chefs' Guild of Lanka.
