Applicants’ should fulfill the following criteria

Applicants’ family income should be less than Rs. 10000.00 per month (Grama Sevaka Letter certified by Divisional Secretary should be annexed)

Applicant should have sat the A/L examination during 2006 and 2007 and should be bellow 22 years of age as at 31^st December 2007
